Mild-mannered insurance broker, 43 year-old Richard Zee, abandoned his life as a wannabe on the political fundraising circuit when he realized he could make a fortune and have lots of sex as "Coco," a kingpin on the City's gay club-drug circuit. In August, 2002, police searched Zee's apartment at 855 Waller Street near Buena Vista Park less than two weeks after a traffic stop lead to the discovery of a cache of drugs and money in Zee's BMW. Cops searching 855 Waller found gallons of the date rape drug GHB, approximately 500 grams of crystal meth, 1,000 tabs of ecstasy, plus pot, mushrooms, Special K, and more than $300,000 in cash.
