 In February, 2005, the latest plan for residential towers at Rincon Hill called for a 45-story building and a 55-story building at First and Townsend Streets near the immediate entrance to the Bay Bridge. A 58-story condo complex was already underway at 301 Mission Street. Developers expect that the completed projects will be the tallest residential towers on the West Coast. Detail I
