"Farley" cartoonist Phil Frank is not only a great artist and satirist - and a great guy - he also loves San Francisco. In 2004, Phil unveiled his wonderful, whimsical entry in the "Hearts in San Francisco" project. More than a hundred artists participated, decorating and designing hearts for this fundraiser for San Francisco General Hospital. Detail
